Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Amount:
The refund will cover the cost of the returned product, excluding shipping fees (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos or other documentation of the issue. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
